Single-family villa realised in the province of Brescia

On the Brescia coast of Lake Garda, there is a contemporary, essential whitewashed villa that looks straight out of a fairy tale. 
 
Its lines and volumes develop horizontally so that every room can overlook the beautiful lake and the swimming pool, allowing owners and guests to feel immersed in the natural environment. The sliding windows, the large shaded and furnished terraces, the transparent parapets and light surfaces that reflect natural light create an emotional and luxurious setting to be fully experienced indoors and out. 
The palm is the only vertical and natural element crossing the house, creating a symbolic bond with the wooden structure and providing an exotic touch. 

A 20 kW photovoltaic system installed on the roof provides heat, cooling and domestic hot water, making this house a Wolf Haus Energy Plus building.
